Cauldron Bubbling Ornaments
I love to make ornaments and these Cauldron Bubbling Ornaments are simple to make. This year I am making Harry Potter ornaments for my kids Harry Potter Christmas tree. Harry Potter ornaments are hard to find and when you do, they are very expensive. Therefore I decided to make them myself. See my other posts in the DIY section for how I made a variety of ornaments and I have a few links in this post.

Supplies
- 1 Bag of foam scatters and fillers in mixed colors or gold – 1.87 oz (53G) – also known and vase filler
- 10-12 mini black cauldrons – 2 inches tall x 2.76 inch wide; Opening diameter: approx. 1.5 inch
- Dual temperature mini glue gun and dual temperature glue sticks
- Tissue paper – I save the tissue paper that they wrap goods in the stores. Cut into large sections about 11 inches x 10 inches (or cut at the folds).
- Ornament hooks

Directions For Cauldron Bubbling Ornaments
- Cut the tissue paper in large sections, about 10 inches x 11 inches.
- Crumble the tissue paper and stuff in the mini cauldrons. Then secure the paper with some hot glue randomly in the cauldrons. The reason you stuff the mini cauldrons with paper is so that you don’t waste the filler balls filling up the cauldron.
- Place a dab of glue on each filler ball and glue them one by one on the tissue paper in a random order. After you glue 4-5 balls, make sure you raise the handle to the top. You will not be able to move it later if you add too many balls. Use various size balls in a random pattern. Then glue a few filler balls over the sides of the cauldron so it looks like bubbles spilling over the pot.
- Once you build up the balls to the pattern you like, just add a hook and add it to the Christmas tree.
