Wizard HERBOLOGY Birthday Favor Seed Labels/EDITABLE Download

Get this Wizard HERBOLOGY Favor Seed labels download and give a fun gift to your guests for a Wizard themed party. This offering has 12 Hogwarts Herbology Seed Labels.  You can edit the label with the common name of your choice for seeds that are available in your area.  For example, choose seeds that grow well in your zone and enter the text or hand write in the common name area.  Seed packets are 9.5cm long x 7cm wide.

This is a digital download that you print at home or send to a printer.  ***NO SEEDS ARE INCLUDED***

Once you download the files, you can insert text on the editable PNG files from any editing application/service such as Canva.com (recommended due to font and color options and it is free and easy to use). You could also insert text using any image editor, MS Word, PhotoscapeX (also free and what I use for most of my printing), Adobe PDF Editor, etc. For Canva.com, you just create a free account and start editing. Canva has tons of free fonts to meet your needs.

Upon purchase, you will receive an email with a a link that has the PNG download(s). For the pre-printed labels, just load paper, adjust your printer settings and print.  Choose the labels that you want to edit, then open the files into an application that has editing, insert text and type whatever you want. The images and design can not be edited, you can only add text (like the plant/seed name). You can add the text in any font and/or color. Then print on 8.5 x 11 inch regular 65 lb regular card stock, or heavy duty card stock. You can use regular copy paper but the packets are more flimsy. If printing at home, make sure your printer is set on the best quality setting and prints to “actual size”. You may need to ignore margin settings as well.

You could also just print the labels, cut them out, glue them, and hand write in the seed names in the common name area.  Stuff the seed packets with a whole packet of seeds or just pour a few for  your guests. I used the whole seed packet (so the planting instructions were already included), and just folded in half before inserting into the seed packet.

Recommended items needed to assemble food labels or candy bag labels (these items are NOT included with this purchase).
-Color printer
-Paper of choice – I recommend regular white 65lb card stock
-Sharp scissors
-Glue sticks
-Plant seed packets of your choice (recommend seeds that will grow in your area)

Cut along outer black lines, and then fold along the black lines.  Then glue the narrow side to the bottom edge, the glue the back larger side to the the narrow side.  Place the seed packet inside and either fold in the top or glue the top.
