Cake Mix 7 Up Cake
Making a cake mix 7 up cake is very easy and delicious. This cake is moist and will melt in your mouth. You can also make this cake in lemon, strawberry, coconut, banana, and any flavor you can find the pudding mix and extract. This cake bakes the best in a bundt pan but you can make in other baking pans, you just have to adjust the baking times. So give this cake a try, it is sure to become one of your favorites.

Ingredients
- 1 box of yellow or white Cake mix (15.25oz – 432g)
- 1 box of French vanilla instant pudding mix (3.4oz-96g)
- 7.5 oz (222 ml) of lemon lime soda – 1 small can
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 cup of vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of butter extract
- Spray oil – to spray pan
- Flour – to coat pan
Note: You can also do this in Lemon, just get Lemon Cake Mix and Lemon Pudding
Glaze
- 2 Cups of powdered sugar
- 1-2 Tablespoons of cold milk

Supplies
- Bundt Cake pan
- Hand Mixer
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Large mixing bowl
- Spatula

Directions For Cake Mix 7 Up Cake
- Start by pre-heating the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, lemon lime soda, vanilla extract, and butter extract (all the ingredients).
- Then, with the hand mixer, mix on low speed until ingredients are combined and the mix on medium speed until fully blended. Do not overheat the mix.
- Spray the bundt pan with cooking spray, then add 2 Tablespoons of flour and flour the pan. Pour out any excess flour in the trash.
- Then, pour the batter into the greased and floured bundt pan.
- Bake on the middle rack of the oven for 45-55 minutes or until a inserted toothpick in the center comes out clean.
- When the cake is done, turn over on a cake plate and let it cool down. The gravity of the cake should release from the pan and be on the plate after about 20 minutes of cooling. Then remove the pan.
- So once the cake is cooled completely, apply the glaze or frosting. I use store bought frosting and heat in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Then I mix with a butter knife and then just pour over the cake. I only use half of the container.
- You can also make your own glaze, by mixing together powdered sugar and milk.
- The cake is ready!
- You can also make with chocolate frosting, lemon or strawberry.
