Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds of lean Ground Turkey
- 20 ounces or 2 bags of Extra Wide Egg Noodles
- 1 large Onion finely chopped
- 2 heaping teaspoons of Tomato Paste
- 1/2 cup of Heavy Cream
- 1 cup of Milk (any type)
- 1/2 cup of Brown Gravy
- 1 can Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom (10 1/2 ounce)
- 1 can Campbell’s Golden Mushroom (10 1/2 ounce)
- 3 cups Italian Blend Shredded Cheese (any kind)
Seasonings: 1 teaspoon of each

- Coarse Black Pepper
- Granulated Garlic
- Creole Seasoning
- Seasoning Salt
Supplies
- Stock Pot
- Large Pan
- Strainer
- Mini Chopper or mini food processor
- Cooking Utensils
Directions For Ground Turkey Noodle Casserole
- Chop the onion in a mini food processor or by hand.
- Boil the Egg Noodles as per the package and drain, then return to stock pot. While you are waiting for the water to boil, you can start on the meat mixture.
- Cook ground turkey on medium high heat and once the liquid from the meat starts to evaporate, add in the chopped onion, then stir.
- Add in the cream of mushroom, golden mushroom, tomato paste, heavy cream, milk, brown gravy mix and seasonings. Then mix all ingredients together and taste to see if you want to add more seasonings, tomato paste or heavy cream. Season to your families tastes.
- Cook on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the cheese, mix well and continue cooking only until cheese melts.
- Next, add the meat mixture to the drained egg noodles and mix well with a large spoon.
- It is ready to serve! This is a perfect make-ahead meal to eat during the week. It is perfect for lunch or dinner. Ground Turkey Noodle Casserole can be made ahead and stored for up to 5 days in the refrigerator. It can also be frozen for up to 1 month in an air tight container.
