Hamburger Bun Garlic Bread
Hamburger Bun Garlic Bread is one of the easiest ways to make quick garlic bread to go with your favorite pasta dish. I like to make Hamburger Garlic Bread when I have buns left over and I don’t think we will eat them before they go stale. This is so easy that you may find yourself even buying hamburger buns just to make the garlic bread.
Hamburger buns last longer on the shelf than french bread due to the preservatives in the bread, so you can have burgers one day and a few days later make spaghetti and just use the leftover buns without having to run to the store again. The best part is that you can make this for one person or the whole family whenever you want it.

Ingredients For Garlic Bread
- 8-12 pack of Hamburger Buns
- Country Crock or other butter spread
- Garlic Spread – I buy The Gourmet Collection when I can find it at Home Goods/Marshall’s but if I can’t find it, I use any brand I can find. You can also find my favorite brand on Amazon. Johnny’s Garlic Spread is a good alternative too.
Supplies
- Cookie Sheet Baking Pan
- Butter Knife
- Foil – I line almost everything with foil so clean up is easy
- Kitchen Shears – optional
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Butter each of the hamburger bun halves with country crock or other butter spread.
- Pour some garlic spread in your hand and sprinkle the buns with the garlic spread.
- Bake for 10-14 minutes until lightly brown and then serve. I like to cut them in half so everyone can get the exact amount of garlic bread that they want.
