Southern Green Beans
Southern Green Beans is a family favorite. I do not make it that much because it is made with can green beans and we have to watch the sodium. It could probably be made with frozen green beans but I have not tried that yet. This dish is savory and comforting. I usually do not have any left overs for this one.
Everything tastes better with bacon, so Southern Green Beans is perfect for bacon lovers. This side is very easy to make and has few ingredients. I make it with thick bacon but it tastes just fine with regular bacon. So once you make this, be prepared to have to make it again in a few days because kids love it.
