Teriyaki Chicken Wings

Teriyaki Chicken Wings are so delicious and easy to make.  When you make these, they will not last long.  These wings are perfect for game night, date night, family time or any time.  This recipe makes about 30 wings, but just double the ingredients to make more.

Another great thing about these wings are that they are baked in the oven and do not take a lot of time.  They are the perfect mix of crispy and saucy.  So give this recipe a try and let me know how it turns out.

Bacon Buttery Cabbage

 

 

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 – 4 pounds of chicken wings (approx. 30 wings)
  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup lite soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup of white wheat flour
  • Cooking spray

Seasonings

    • Granulated garlic or garlic powder
    • Granulated onion
    • Creole seasoning
    • Coarse black pepper
    • Adobe seasoning

Sauce

    • 1 1/2 Tablespoon of brown sugar
    • 1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce
    • 1/4 cup regular BBQ sauce
    • 2 Tablespoons of soy sauce

 

 

Supplies

  • Large container
  • Small bowl
  • Measuring cup
  • Measuring spoons
  • Baking sheet
  • Foil
  • Whisk
  • Basting brush

 

Directions For Teriyaki Chicken Wings

  • Rinse off chicken wings and place in a large container.  Add the 1/2 cup of Teriyaki and 1/4 cup of soy sauce and cover the chicken wings by mixing with your hands.
  • Then shake on the seasonings enough to cover the chicken wings well.  So do not over shake the seasonings but cover the wings.

  • Next cover the container and marinate overnight.
  • Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.  Line a baking sheet with foil and then spray the foil with cooking spray.
  • Next cover the chicken with the wheat flour.  Then arrange them on a single row on a baking sheet.

  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • While the chicken wings are baking, make the sauce.  Combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.

  • After the initial bake, remove the baking sheet from the oven and cover the Teriyaki Chicken Wings with the sauce.

  • Bake for another 6 minutes and remove from oven.  The Teriyaki Chicken Wings are ready to serve!
