Return and Shipping Policy
By placing an order, you have confirmed that you have read, understood and accepted these following policies.
Downloads
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. The Major Gates watermark logo is removed for all downloads.
Instant download items don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please contact us if you have a problem with your download at info@majorgates.com.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal of Major Gates. Â We will try to resolve any issues that arise in the best of faith. Â Sometimes things still may go wrong and a return may have to be considered. Â Returns are generally not accepted except for special circumstances. Â
Please contact us if you have a problem with your order at info@majorgates.com. Â A message must be sent within 3 days of the delivery date. Â Upon receipt of the message, a case will be opened within 48 hours, and Major Gates will review the details of the requested return. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Â We will also notify you if the claim has been approved or denied by email confirmation. Â All parts of the item that are being requested for refund or replacement, must be sent in the return. Please be informed that you may have to pay the return shipping fee, depending on the details around the request.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a verifiable tracking number.  A return address and instructions will be provided in your email receipt confirmation. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once the return has been received it may take up to 10 business days to process the return from start to finish.

- Your order doesn’t match the item description or photos
- Wrong item was shippedÂ
- Your item arrived damaged
- Error on our end

Shipping
Extra care is considered with the packaging and shipping of all products. Â High quality packing materials are used to ensure a safe and sound delivery.
Orders placed after normal business hours will be received and processed the following business day. Â We do not operate on Sundays or holidays. Â Major Gates makes every effort possible to ship out all orders within 2 business days of receiving it.
Once a shipment has left our facility it is the responsibility of our shipping partners (ex. USPS). Please refer to your tracking email for the shipping carrier for your shipment. Major Gates will not be held responsible for situations outside our control. Examples may include but are not limited to:

- Provided an incorrect address
- Missing boxes that are confirmed by the carrier
- Delivery delays due to weather or other acts of God.
The estimated delivery date is based on your purchase date, the recipient’s location (actual or inferred), the seller’s processing time and location, and the shipping carrier.  Other factors—such as shipping carrier delays or placing an order on weekend/holiday—may push the arrival of your item beyond this date.
Major Gates currently ships only to the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Â As we continue to grow, we will expand to other countries, so keep checking back.
Refunds
If the return has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as in accordance with the financial institutions processing times.  There is often some processing time (5 business days) before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@majorgates.com.
Exchanges are not available for handmade items due to low inventory. Â Very limited quantities are made.
Order Cancellations
You can only cancel your order within 12 hours from purchasing time of the same day. Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (5% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation. Â This is due to vendor processing fees have already been applied for processing the order. Â Full refund will be applied for cancellations made within 2 hours.Â
