BBQ Pork Country Style Ribs Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 360 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line baking dish with heavy foil.
- Wash off ribs in cold water and put the drained ribs on the foil in the dish. Make sure you spray the sink with antibacterial spray once you remove the meat to kill any bacteria.
- Lightly cover with Olive Oil
- Shake all desired seasonings over the ribs. I used the ones listed in my ingredients but if you are missing something that is okay. If you want to add more flavors to the BBQ ribs, feel free to do so.
- Cover and wrap the ribs with the foil and bake for 3 hours.
- After cooking for 2.5 hours, make the sauce (see below).
- Remove the county style pork ribs from oven and let rest for 10-15 minutes. Do not turn oven off and increase the temperature to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Drain the existing liquid in the pan before adding the sauce.
- Add the sauce. Bake for 10 minutes uncovered.
- Remove and recover with foil until serving.
Suggestions for serving with BBQ Pork Country Style Ribs. I serve with creamy macaroni and cheese or garlic mashed potatoes, baked beans, corn on the cob. This also serves well with spinach artichoke casserole and sliced potatoes & onions.
