Buffalo Chicken Nuggets
Buffalo Chicken Nuggets are a great mix up to regular chicken nuggets. If you like a little spice in your life, then these are the nuggets to try. Best of all, they are pretty easy to make and taste great for a meal, appetizer, game day or family gathering.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds of chicken tenders – cut into 1- 1 1/2 inch cubes
- 4 cups of All Purpose Flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of pepperoncini or pickle juice or 1/2 cup of buttermilk (buttermilk substitute: 1/2 cup of milk & 1 teaspoon of lemon juice)
- 1 1/2 cups of vegetable or frying oil
- Your favorite Buffalo sauce
- Seasonings
- Garlic Powder
- Garlic Salt
- Adobo Seasoning
- Coarse Black Pepper
- Cayenne Pepper
- Cajun Seasoning
- Spanish Style Paprika
Supplies
- Frying Pan
- Baking Sheet
- Mixing Bowls
- Tongs
- Whisk
- Foil
- Measuring Cup & Spoons
- Kitchen Shears or Sharp Knife
Directions For Buffalo Chicken Nuggets
- Rinse chicken off in cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Then cut up chicken into 1-1 1/2 inch cubes.
- Season the chicken cubes with the above seasonings by lightly shaking over the chicken and mixing with your hands.
- Then pour on the pepperoncini, pickle juice, or buttermilk and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
- In another bowl, prepare the flour mixture. Add the flour, with 1 Tablespoon each of pepper, garlic powder, garlic salt and Adobo seasoning. Then mix well with a fork.
- Mix together 1/4 cup of milk with the eggs and mix together with a whisk or fork. Then pour this mixture into the marinated chicken.
- Then pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Take several of the chicken nuggets and coat them in the flour.
- Heat the frying pan filled with oil to medium high heat. Once the oil is hot, fry several of the chicken nuggets for 3-4 minutes on each side. But be sure not to over crowd the pan. So cook until lightly brown and then drain on paper towels.
- Once all of the buffalo chicken nuggets are fried, transfer to a foil lined baking sheet. Then cover with the buffalo sauce and bake for 6 minutes. You can leave a couple without sauce for a delicious chicken nugget.
- They are ready to eat! Serve as appetizers, with a nice salad, on a hoagie roll or with your favorite sides.
