Guacamole tastes great year round and is delicious. It is a great appetizer to serve when guests are coming over. Guacamole can be made in large or small batches. This guacamole freezes well and I make often when avocados are on sale. If you are having Mexican Food for dinner, this is the perfect compliment to any meal. So whether you are dipping with chips, putting on tacos or eating on the side, make some flavorful guacamole today!

Directions For Flavorful Guacamole
- Slice avocados in half and remove the seed. Next, spoon out the avocado flesh into a medium sized bowl.
- Lightly mash the avocados with large fork. Do not over mash unless you do not like a few small chunks of avocado in every bite.
- Add in package of Guacamole mix a few times. Then add salt. The salt is optional but adds to the flavor of the avocado.
- Finely chop onion in mini chopper or with a knife.
- Then chop up the Jalapeno with a knife. Remove seeds if you do not want it to be too spicy.
- Add the chopped onions and Jalapeno to the bowl.
- Finely chop cilantro in mini chopper or with a knife. Then add chopped cilantro to bowl and lightly mix.
- Chop tomato into small pieces and add to bowl.
- Lightly mix and squeeze with half a lime for flavor and to prevent browning.
- Serve with Mexican Food or with chips. You can also spoon into quart freezer bags and squeeze out excess air, then freeze until ready to use. When moving guacamole from freezer to serve, allow to thaw in fridge for 2 hours or for quick use, place on counter for 1 hour. Enjoy!
