Frozen Margarita Pie
Frozen margarita pie is a easy and delicious pie that is great on the waistline. This pie is perfect any time of the year, but is a great refreshing treat in the summer time. Your time in the kitchen to make this pie is only 15 minutes! Adding the tequila is optional and tastes just as great without it. Any level cook can make this pie, so give it a try!

Ingredients
Servings: 8; 200 calories per serving
- 9 inch graham cracker pre-made pie crust (6 oz -170g) or make your own.
- Frozen Margarita mix concentrate – 10 fl oz (like Bacardi), divided and thawed (1/4 cup + 1/3 cup)
- 1 pint or 2 cups of vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 pint or 2 cups of lime sherbet, softened
- 3 Tablespoons of tequila, optional
Supplies
- Large bowl
- Large mixing spoon
- Measuring cup
- Measuring spoons
- Pastry brush
- Saran wrap
- Pie cutter
Instructions For Frozen Margarita Pie
- Brush the bottom and sides of the pie crust with the margarita mix.
- Then, in a large bowl, mix the sherbet, remaining margarita mix and tequila with a large spoon.
- Next, gently swirl in the ice cream until well combined.
- Now, spoon in the mixture into the pie crust and spread evenly.
- Cover the pie and freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
- So after the pie is frozen firm, remove from the freezer and let it sit for 3-5 minutes, slice and serve.
- Cover and re-freeze any leftovers.
