Jalapeño Creamy Dip
This Jalapeño Creamy Dip is similar to ones that you find in restaurants. It is the perfect grazing food and over your favorite Mexican food. This is a very easy dip to make and it tastes delicious. So this dip contains ranch mix and that is what gives it the special taste that makes it hard to stop eating. You can also determine the heat level by removing all the seeds from the jalapeños and using mild or medium can of chilis. My family likes it spicy, so I leave most of the seeds in the jalapeño and use hot can of chilis. No matter what you do, the dip tastes great. It especially tastes great over enchiladas and various types of tacos and fajitas. Also try it on burritos, breakfast tacos and taquitos.
Jalapeño Creamy Dip is a perfect party food or appetizer. Since I tend to make 70% of the food for my parties, I can tell you this dip will not last long. It is also cute to pour some in a glass or dessert cup and top with a few chips as a walk around appetizer. It tastes best chilled and can be made ahead. This recipe is a win-win, so give it a try.
