Oven Roasted Baby Potatoes
Oven Roasted Baby Potatoes are fun to make and they taste delicious. Kids love baby potatoes because they are small and fun to eat. Adults love these potatoes too because they are elegant next to roasts, baked chicken, fish, etc.
These potatoes can be baked in the oven or on the grill. So if you decide to make these on the grill, use a grill pan, or a grill basket lined with foil.
The seasoning options can vary for oven roasted baby potatoes. It can be simple with a little bit of salt and pepper. Another option would be to dress them up with a soup mix and sprinkled parsley. I like to cover my baby potatoes in olive oil before seasoning. This ensures slightly crunchy potatoes on the outside, and moist on the inside.
