Prosciutto Apple Bites
Prosciutto Apple Bites are super easy to make and there is no cooking involved. This is a great appetizer that combines with sweet with the savory. So choosing the right apples is important. Try to choose a firm apple that is crisp and sweet. I like to use Envy apples since they are so delicious. Also, if blue cheese is too strong, try using white cheddar. You can find prosciutto in the deli section of most grocery stores.
Also you can double or triple this recipe, depending on if you are making for yourself, date night, movie night, or for a party or event. These appetizers pair beautifully with wine.
