Quick Coleslaw
Sometime you just want quick coleslaw for the family, but not so much to feed a party. This is my recipe for a quick coleslaw that is not too watery or with too much mayonnaise. Most of the time you just want a small side bowl or enough to top chicken burgers. I mostly make this recipe for my spicy chicken breast sandwiches. The coleslaw has the perfect balance between the spicy and neutralizing creaminess of the coleslaw. I also like the delicious crunch of the coleslaw. If you need more coleslaw, double or triple the ingredients.
This quick coleslaw will last 3-4 fours in the fridge in an air tight container. It is so easy to make, you can make more if you want more. So give this recipe a try and I hope you enjoy it!
