Harry Potter Chocolate Frogs
Harry Potter Chocolate Frogs are a delicious treat that are really easy to make. These are great for birthday parties, family vacations to Universal Studios or for Harry Potter fan gatherings. I also made the Harry Potter Chocolate Frog boxes from a free template that I found by doing a internet search. The boxes were printed on white card stock, cut, glued and folded. The Harry Potter wizard cards were also found on line by doing a internet search. If you know someone that is a true Harry Potter fan, making these Harry Potter Chocolate Frogs will brighten their day.

Directions for Chocolate Frogs
- Melt 3/4 of the bag of chocolate (as per package) or melt in microwave-safe bowl. You can also use a chocolate melting pot or a double boiler. Microwave for 30 seconds at half power or defrost (some microwaves have a chocolate melt setting). Stir after 30 seconds with spoon. Wafers will not change their shape while melting until you stir it. If chocolate is not smooth to stir, add another 15 seconds and stir again.
- Spoon melted chocolate into storage bag and gather to one side. Twist with your hands and cut off a small piece of the corner so you can squeeze the chocolate into the mold.
- Fill the molds half way and sprinkle some rice cereal.
- Fill the mold until full.
- Gently tap or shake molds to release any air bubbles. Wipe clean any excess with a paper towel.
- Place mold in refrigerator for 20 minutes until set.
- Gently press the chocolate frogs out of the mold.
- Place frog in seal-able bag and fold over the edges and tape.
- Place frog on top of Wizard card and close the chocolate box. Your treat is ready to share with others!
