Greek Creamy Garlic Sauce
This Greek Creamy Garlic Sauce is a great condiment for many dishes. It is my favorite sauce on chicken shawarma. It also is great with calamari, French fries, shrimp, grilled chicken and lamb tacos. I’m sure it can go on many other foods and I would love to know what you put it on. This sauce is very easy to make and is light with just the right amount of garlic. I also always use fresh lemon juice and fresh parsley. So give this sauce a try and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
- 3 cloves garlic, finely grated or minced or 3 teaspoons of minced garlic
- 1 Tablespoon of lemon juice or juice from one juicy lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 Tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
- Optional: 1 Tablespoon of Tahini for a nutty twist

Directions For Greek Creamy Garlic Sauce
- Start by chopping up the parsley fine and mince the garlic.
- Then in a medium sized bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice and Tahini (if you want it to have a nutty taste).
- Next, add in the minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper and continue to whisk until well blended.
- Then give it a quick taste and adjust seasonings to taste.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
