Seasoned Catfish Fillets

Seasoned Catfish Fillets

Seasoned Catfish Fillets are easy and quick to make.  These are great to make on evenings when you want something delicious or healthy.  The seasonings will make the fish melt in your mouth.  It is hard to eat just one.  When buying Catfish Fillets ask the grocer for small fillets and don’t buy them if they big.  The bigger the filet, the fishier the taste.  Since these seasoned catfish fillets are grilled, you want the fish to have a mild taste.
