Spaghetti Stuffed Garlic Bread
My family loves spaghetti stuffed garlic bread. This is a fun recipe that is very easy to make. It combines spaghetti, garlic bread, and cheese all in one!
You can use any spaghetti recipe to stuff the garlic bread. It does not matter it if is made with ground beef, ground turkey, ground chicken or no meat at all. I tend to make a full pot for multiple loaves of garlic bread. Any extra, I freeze for later use. This is also a perfect recipe for camping or glamping. Just wrap in foil and freeze before the trip. Then heat up and cook on the grill or on a rack on an open campfire.

Directions For Spaghetti Stuffed Garlic Bread
- Make your favorite spaghetti and/or cook the spaghetti as per package. A one pound box is enough for this recipe. Make the sauce with or without meat. About 1 lb of ground beef, turkey is enough. Just brown the ground beef and drain any liquid on medium high heat. Add two jars of pasta sauce (32oz ea) and one can of diced tomatoes. Then add in the spices and simmer on medium-low heat for 20 minutes. Next, add into the cooked spaghetti.
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Now, line a large baking sheet with foil.
- Then separate the halves of the garlic bread and push down the centers.
- Next, fill the centers with the cooked spaghetti. About four cups per half. So if you purchased a small garlic bread loaf, you will not need this mush spaghetti. Just fill the loaf half completely with spaghetti.
- Now, sprinkle with grated parmesan generously over the top.
- Then top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Cover the loaves lightly with foil and bake for 25 minutes covered. Then remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes. The cheese should be all melted and just about to turn brown.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool for 8-10 minutes before slicing.
- Top with chopped fresh basil (optional).
