Pigs In A Blanket

Pigs In A Blanket

Pigs in a Blanket are great for parties, play dates, weekends, at home busy days and quick meals.  I make pigs in a blanket when friends come to visit with kids and when relaxing in the back yard.  Kids tend to not want to eat much and just want to play during play dates or friend visits.  You can assemble these pigs in a blanket in less than 10 minutes.  That is what makes them great for parties.  They are very easy and you don’t even have to know how to cook.

I also will make these when I have a ton of things to get through in a day or deep cleaning days because clean up is a cinch. These pigs in a blanket are large so most kids only eat one and can continue running around as they eat them.  If you like smokies in general, you will love these.  I also like easy quick meals so I can keep the day moving.  The best part is that you only need 6 things to make these!  So, whether you are planning a get-together, party or play date, keep this recipe in mind.
